As he admits, the process of implementing optimization algorithms in companies has significantly accelerated over the last dozen or so months. \u2013 \"The use of algorithms and machine learning mechanisms brings quick results in the process of collecting and preparing inventories. The picking and replenishment processes are more efficient, i.e. preparing the next batch of goods for the customer and restoring the stock needed on the production line\" - he explains. According to various independent data, picking goods generates 50% of all costs related to warehouse operations. But thanks to dedicated algorithms, these costs can be significantly reduced.
